1 Impurity behavior in the presence of RMP

摘要:

It’s recognized that RMP could affect the MHD behaviors, which play important roles in the transport of heat and particle in tokamak plasma. Besides, RMP may change the structure of edge magnetic field in tokamak. And the interaction between edge particles and the wall is one most important factor for the production of the impurity. Thus, it could be believed that RMP will also affect impurity transport in tokamak.

2 The effect of injection impurity on plasma radiation

摘要:

In J-TEXT when the density is higher than a certain value, the radiation will be enhanced in high-field side. This phenomenon can be measured distinctions from impurity radiation diagnostic, such as CIII. We can find that impurity radiation plays an important role in this process. Especially, the impurity density distribution and plasma parameters (such as density, temperature) distribution is different between high-field side and low-field side. When asymmetric radiation occurs, the temperature is very low (a few eV). The effect of temperature on the impurity radiation reflected radiation function Lz(Te). The impurity implantation with different types of radiation will change the function, thereby affecting the radiation asymmetry. Injected different kinds of impurity (such Ar, methane) in J-TEXT, we can find that asymmetry radiation phenomenon is mainly reflected in edge plasma temperature and impurity transport.
