报告题目:3D divertor configuration ~ history and physics ~

要:The divertor is an important function of the fusion reactor to keep the core plasma purely, and to exhaust neutrals, impurities, and Helium ash. For the tokamak, the poloidal divertor is the standard, and the divertor configuration is very simple, and the axisymmetric. However, for the stellarator, due to the intrinsic 3D magnetic configuration, the divertor configuration is also the 3D configuration. Therefore, the magnetic field structure is so different to the poloidal divertor, and very complicated.

On the other hand, the 3D divertor configuration has unique properties, that is, the long connection length, the perpendicular transport by the 3D magnetic field lines, and so on. These properties have advantages to control heat and particle fluxes, impurities, and so on.

In this seminar, the 3D divertor configuration is reviewed. The magnetic field structure, the perpendicular transport, and edge transport are discussed.

个人简介:Yasuhiro Suzuki , 铃木康浩教授,现任广岛大学(Hiroshima University)先进科学与工程研究院教授。2003年毕业于京都大学能源科学专业,并获得博士学位。曾任核融合科学研究所(NIFS)副教授,德国马克斯·普朗克等离子体物理研究所访问研究员。目前研究方向为磁流体力学不稳定性的理论与实验研究,聚变等离子体中的边界等离子体的理论与模拟。
